Jeb Singer, Esq. serves as Of Counsel to Lomba P.A., bringing nearly two decades of experience advising businesses, business owners, and individuals through complex financial, restructuring, bankruptcy, and commercial matters. A well-regarded business attorney based in New York, Jeb focuses his practice on bankruptcy law, Merchant Cash Advance defense, debt restructuring, commercial litigation, and business transactions.

Jeb represents corporate and individual debtors in Chapter 11, Chapter 7, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings, and has developed a strong practice helping small and medium-sized businesses navigate the unique challenges of Merchant Cash Advance agreements. His work often involves protecting client assets, negotiating favorable terms, and helping businesses preserve operational stability during periods of financial pressure.

Before founding his own law practice, Jeb began his legal career as a Federal Law Clerk for then-Chief Judge Stuart Bernstein in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. He later practiced corporate restructuring with one of the nation’s leading bankruptcy practice groups at an international law firm, followed by work at a boutique law firm. His experience spans industries including real estate, hospitality, technology, financial services, and other business sectors.

Jeb earned his J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate Financial and Commercial Law and received multiple awards for academic and professional excellence. He also holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan. He was admitted to practice in New York in 2009.
