Taso Mouhteros brings an operator’s perspective to complex contract negotiations and business restructurings. Over more than two decades, he has founded, built, and grown companies at every stage and consulted for emerging businesses, national companies, and global brands across a wide range of industries.
His experience includes negotiating high-value contracts, strengthening business strategy and operations, and navigating difficult financial situations, including guiding his own company through the economic crisis following September 11. Drawing on firsthand experience in operations, finance, and crisis management, Taso works with clients to develop practical resolutions that protect cash flow, strengthen the underlying business, and position it for what comes next.
Taso earned his degree from Hamilton College in New York, where he was a four-year member of its nationally ranked varsity hockey team.
