Daniel Lomba is the founder and managing attorney of Lomba, P.A., a South Florida law firm serving business owners, entrepreneurs, and individuals across Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, and the greater Tampa Bay area. His practice spans business litigation, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, asset protection, and complex corporate transactions, all driven by a strategic, results-oriented approach shaped by years of hands-on entrepreneurial experience.

Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University after graduating near the top of his class at Florida State University with a degree in Sports Management. His legal career is distinguished by an uncommon depth of real-world business acumen, having founded and operated a sports agency before ever stepping into a courtroom.

Before founding Lomba, P.A., Daniel launched a sports agency in 2021 where he represented multiple professional athletes and negotiated over $5 million in playing salaries. That experience, operating in high-pressure environments, managing complex relationships, and closing high-value deals, became the foundation for his legal practice.

Following the successful sale of his agency, Daniel transitioned fully into corporate law, where he sharpened his skills negotiating contracts and representing the legal interests of Fortune 500 companies. His background in entity formation, contract negotiation, asset purchases, and operational risk management gives him a practical understanding of how businesses actually work, and how financial agreements are structured, marketed, and, when necessary, challenged.

In addition to his work at Lomba, P.A., Daniel serves as Of Counsel to J. Singer Law Group, where he leads a national litigation initiative targeting fraudulent debt consolidation and debt settlement companies. His focus centers on schemes that harm Merchant Cash Advance borrowers and small business owners, developing legal strategy, investigating deceptive practices, and prosecuting claims involving fraud, misrepresentation, and unlawful fee structures.

His transactional background enables him to approach these matters with an understanding of how businesses operate and how financial products are structured. Daniel is driven by the goal of holding bad actors accountable and recovering losses for business owners who were misled while already facing financial difficulty.
