Daniel Lomba is a Florida-licensed attorney and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) who advises business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, and families on matters involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, asset protection, estate planning, litigation, and Merchant Cash Advance defense. Before founding Lomba P.A., Daniel built a background rooted in entrepreneurship. He developed and operated a sports agency that negotiated more than $5 million in professional athlete contracts, giving him firsthand experience with high-stakes negotiations, deal structure, and client advocacy. He later advised Fortune 500 companies on corporate legal matters, further sharpening his ability to navigate complex business and transactional issues.

As a CEPA® Certified Exit Planning Advisor, Daniel brings an added layer of strategic guidance to business owners preparing for growth, succession, acquisition, or eventual exit.
