Daniel Lomba esq.

Founder & Managing Attorney

Daniel Lomba

Daniel Lomba is a Florida-licensed attorney and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) who advises business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, and families on matters involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, asset protection, estate planning, litigation, and Merchant Cash Advance defense. His legal practice is built around a practical understanding of business ownership, risk management, negotiations, and long-term wealth preservation.

Before founding Lomba P.A., Daniel built a background rooted in entrepreneurship. He developed and operated a sports agency that negotiated more than $5 million in professional athlete contracts, giving him firsthand experience with high-stakes negotiations, deal structure, and client advocacy. He later advised Fortune 500 companies on corporate legal matters, further sharpening his ability to navigate complex business and transactional issues.

As a CEPA® Certified Exit Planning Advisor, Daniel brings an added layer of strategic guidance to business owners preparing for growth, succession, acquisition, or eventual exit. This certification provides him with specialized training in business value acceleration, owner readiness, and exit-planning strategy, enabling him to help clients align their legal, financial, and personal objectives before a transaction or transition occurs.

Daniel’s work spans mergers and acquisitions, sell-side representation, corporate structuring, contract negotiation, asset protection, estate planning, business litigation, and Merchant Cash Advance defense. He represents business owners facing aggressive MCA collection tactics, Confessions of Judgment, defaults, UCC lien issues, and disputes involving high-cost cash advance agreements. His approach is especially valuable for clients who need legal counsel that understands both the immediate pressure of a business dispute and the broader financial impact on the company.

Whether a client is buying a company, selling a business, restructuring ownership, protecting assets, defending against MCA enforcement, or planning for the next generation, Daniel focuses on developing strategies that are legally sound, commercially practical, and aligned with the client’s long-term goals.

Daniel earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and his law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and represents clients throughout South Florida, including Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Palm Beach, Tampa, and the surrounding markets.
